Refund policy
We provide exchange support for books delivered with visible physical damage. A clear, continuous, and unedited video of opening the sealed parcel is required. The video must show the package condition, shipping label, and the damaged item. Without proper video proof, the request may not be processed.
We also offer refunds or exchanges if a wrong item has been delivered. An unboxing video is required for verification. Once confirmed, you may choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
